Kadampa Meditation Center WA Neighborhood Meditation Classes
Our meditation classes provide an introduction to basic Buddhist concepts and how to meditate. They give step by step instructions on how to begin meditating, how to deepen your experience and how to integrate meditation into daily life. All the teachers are western students who have a lot of meditation experience. The benefits of meditation include increased positive states of mind, greater contentment and well-being, improved concentration, better relationships and greater physical health.
