Our family relationships can be a source of great joy, but also a source of worry and frustration. In this series we will focus on four simple techniques that Buddha taught for improving our love for others. In this way we can take the first step to improving our relationship with our family, and with the world at large.

Each talk is a part of a series and yet self-contained. You can drop into the series anytime and still feel that you have something worthwhile to take home with you. No experience is necessary and everyone is welcome. No registration required. Cost is $10 ($5 for students and seniors) Everyone welcome.
